Victor Hugo, his wife Adele Boucher, and their four children, rented an apartment on the second floor of the hotel Rohan-Guéménée.
The Victor Hugo Museum, sequestered in beautiful apartments in place des vosges (Paris IV), is offering a small exposition of some of the paintings of the author of “Les Miserables” which illustrate his fight against the death penalty.
